Having exhausted my stock of blackcurrant recipes with 2 batches each of jelly and cordial, it's the turn of the red currants.
Red currant jelly, delicious with lamb....but aren't they just beautiful, like jewels on the bush it's almost...., only almost, mark you, a shame to pick them.
