Berwick upon Tweed

At nine o'clock Bert could fetch the battery of his e-bike from the warden's office. It started to rain only 20 minutes after our departure. There were two hills on our way and in between the two, lies Eyemouth. A pleasant village where there is absolutely nothing to do or see, according to the waitress at the restaurant where we had lunch. We sat at a table in front of the window and liked to view the passers. Our rain clothes were dripping, making puddles on the floor. We ordered enough to make up for it and waited till it rained less.

We cycled as far as Berwick upon Tweed, where to our surprise, we were still in their system. They've kept it eight years. Tomorrow we expect to spot puffins and dolphins on the small dirt path between the railway and the cliffs. The weather should be fine tomorrow.
The most important reason is that I have lost my raincoat. I have traced our track back, but couldn't find it anywhere.
