A Different Looking Duck

This duck is one of a pair and oh how they swim around at such speed.I'm bewildered as to just what they are .

Are they leucistic , piebald mallards or...?  Have a short clip of them swimming yet to be processed . Hope a knowledgeable blipper can provide the answer .
