Aussie Plover

Had a fabulous day out on a catamaran going round Darwin Harbour [ an enormous space of open water about the size of Scapa Flow in Orkney]. It was actually very difficult to get good photos due to the brightness of sea and sky [ VERY hot]. On our return we spotted these Plovers paddling at the water edge in the evening light.
