Oragnised Chaotic Art

What has this got to do with Art?
Well we shall see if it does, when i get back to uni and pitch the idea to my Lecturer. Despite Art being a matter of opinion, his seems to outrank mine to the degree he can fail me like that. luckily we get on, and it would be just awful banter if he were to do this.
