Up very early as the carers couldn't get to Dad until 9.30 which is way too late, so I went up at about 6.45 and got him sorted for the day. Then rode home and was collected by Trish to go to our team building day with all the people that will be working in the new store. Quite tiring a day, but of course lots of M and S food for lunch and to try. Home and then back to Dad's to do what I did not get chance to do in the morning.
