What a wonderful woman she is, always puts a smile on your face and has the energy levels of a teenager. She is Tony's (Claire's Dad) Aunty. 

Tonia and her husband must have been the creators of banter, it's hard to get a word in between the two of them but that's ok as they are so friendly and feels like you've known them all your life.
