Dead Man's Fingers (Xylaria polymorpha)

Moore Reserve for our fish and chip dinner and then a quick walk. I haven't found this fungus for 2 years at the reserve, so was pleased to find it again.
No sign of the kingfisher and the reserve was very quiet.
