Bowling, bowling, bowling....

So we had a good day.

Bowling (four games, I lost all four but do have a knack of being able to spin the ball which is apparently a good thing?) then home quickly then Pizza Hut.

Then really bad heartburn (serves me right), head over the toilet bowl from that and then bed.
