The Final Result

I often take pictures of this landscape as it's where I have my lunch. I see it from soil to sprouts of green, to a field of wheat and now to this, the final part of the process. And I've taken pictures at each stage along the way.

I've had a very interesting evening that might sound boring to some, but I've spent it browsing through the deeds to my home. There are even wills amongst the paperwork. Some stuff dates back to 1890 with the land owned by a Sir who lived in Tickhill Castle! The house was built in 1925 by a man called Waller and sold to a woman called Duttock who named it Seacombe. It was sold in 1930 to a family whose hands it didn't pass from until 1968 when it was bought by Mr Donald, who we bought it from. We've now been here since 1986, the second longest. I'm going to get a house plaque and rename it Seacombe again. Interesting stuff (well, to me anyway)!
