Unfortunately we are in a difficult position as an establishment.

Unfortunately the senior managers seem to think the best way out of this is to make everybody do more and more and more pointless paperwork. This means we get to spend less and less and less time putting things together that will actually help people.

Last week I even had to go to a meeting the point of which was to tell us we needed to organise more meetings.

Thankfully we still have something called a union.
