I walked to the (reinstated) post box this morning...the one that has suffered several RTAs, and is now placed well back from the road :)
Lots of swallows about, a very noisy redshank, curlews and a few other species that I couldn't identify.

Dancing in the evening - despite feeling unfit, it was more mentally than physcially challenging.
