Like Two Birds On a Wire

Looking out our kitchen window this morning before I ventured up the hill to join Mike on the land - he was there to see the sun rise... only way to get any work done. I did some more lopping.

Getting into a better rhythm - main meal and a nap, but still not quite worked out what you do when it stays at 44C (112F) all afternoon - beginning to cool off to 41C now at 7:30pm - we might venture out for a walk in a bit...

Lovely visit last night to Sr Teixeira and his wife - were shown round their home (she inherited it, and they are modernising), and then took them up to the land - they came up with lots of good advice about who to ask for help - grateful.
