Well done, dad

Woke up accidentally already at 5.15 am as our son had waken up for work. I tried to go back to sleep, but at 7am decided not to try anymore...

After collecting rest of the party dishes, 8 chairs and 2 glass tables into the car, I drove to the country to grandparents' house. Father-in-law is going to have a big 80th birthday party and I will give those belongings for a loan...

And I bought a used gym bike from them. Heavy as sinn. Mother in law in the country and our son back home helped me to carry it in.
I did try it already. Silent and smooth system ;) I really hope it will help me exercicing the knees in those days (there will be plenty of them) as I can not go bicycling outdoors.

The blip is from the way back home as I visited my dad at dementia ward. He was happy to see me, but has had pain in his back often now. Maybe I should visit more often. Mayne it would affect to the backpain...

He had a bright day. Did raise the strawberry cup into the selfie photo just right way and then he gave me a short lecture about aerodynamic laws of aeroplanes... some words missing, otherwise well done dad!
