Couldn't resist posting this beautiful Red Admiral on the Buddleia ....... hope you like it :-)

Took Mum shopping this afternoon ....... the bandage meant she had to wear a pair of slippers ..... but these do look very similar to shoes & I don't suppose anyone noticed! She was pleased to get out & about. I then cooked her tea as she has been living on salads until the new oven is installed & is rather fed up with them. We finally made it home just before 8pm ..... good thing we had done our shopping earlier!
