Ragwort Buzz

Taken by chance with my iPhone, it wasn't until I got home that I realised that the little hoverfly had come out so well - thanks to JDO for her identification of the plant, ragwort.  I have seen this all over the place and didn't have a clue what it was.

In my extra is the object (plant) from yesterday's challenge for Tiny Tuesday - if I had actually read the brief I might have chosen the cheese grater or something other than a plant.  However I was really chuffed with the macro result from the wet thistle, to me it look like coral releasing its spores.
