Manchester
Today was all about experimenting with my new lens to find out what you can, and can't, take with an 11mm focal length lens on a full-frame DSLR. The Corn Exchange (main Blip) is almost, but not quite, an equilateral triangle so the walls of the building as photographed are at an angle of roughly 60 degrees.
You really do get a lot of foreground and/or sky at 11mm!
For those of you who follow my journal and live in or around Manchester then "Lowry at Home" exhibition at The Lowry is well worth a visit if you haven't already been.
