...this is Dawni, upside down. 15 years old, she's a grumpy old woman. She runs everywhere (a hint of elephant in her footsteps), trying to form a miaow as she goes, which ends up as a sort of "vrooom" like she has a little engine. I didn't name her by the way, its a shortening of the English translation of her Turkish pedigree name and though i tried to change it she already knew it.

While my customers were unbelievably rude today at work, my new trainee is a bit of a revelation. He's keen, he learns fast and has a sense of humour. The next couple of months should be a bit easier than usual.
