A Different Clematis

Today our garden club group gathered at a large Clematis garden in West Linn, Oregon. I didn't realize there were so many different Clematis flowers; the one in this photo was quite different and I loved it. I was happy to find two of the flowers up high on a vine so I could isolate it toward the blue sky. Most of my photos are so cluttered with too many stems, leaves and seed heads.....so it was difficult to get a good photo of the flowers.
