I saw it on the way back from Pilates!

I officially have a frozen shoulder, had some treatment at the hospital, Hydrodilatation and steroid injection, after 18ml it became too much to bear, the Dr said they can inject up to 50ml, so I have to go back on Halloween for a second round, this happens alot apparently, it is beginning to feel pretty sore now, an evening on the couch I reckon!
I'm just pleased I have a proper diagnoses and treatment has begun, I have exercises to do and will start physio again in the next 2 weeks.
