Shades of summer

A grey morning gave way to a gorgeous afternoon and early evening. A walk on the beach was called for. My favourite beach for a stroll in the sunshine with my mum. We watched two seagulls fighting over something. Eventually the bigger one won and ate whatever it was, whole. I've added a blurry extra of the two of them.
