Monmouth Street laundry
It's always worth looking up in London.
This appears to be an art installation consisting of three clothes lines on which hang the jackets of old London tradesmen and women.
This one includes the clothing of (from left to right), a Cooper (barrel maker), a Glazier, Chandler (barrel maker), Cordwainer (cobbler) and Cutler (maker of knives and forks).
These are old crafts indeed and I was amused to see Prostitute further down the line.
