Windsock
Unfortunately, my photos lately are primarily at the hospital where my mother-in-law is progressing toward the end of her life. The photo above is the windsock at the helicopter pad near the main parking lot. You can see the pad and part of the hospital building in the distance. No helicopter as has landed here as I have been coming and going. One did come a few months ago as I was near my car late at night when my mother-in-law was in the ER. It was disturbing as I could only think of my grandson arriving on a helicopter the night he died at 19 in 2011 after a vehicle accident. I don't wish to see a landing during these current visits. I apologize for the limited comments as I spend most of my time here or at home with repair people finishing the work from our leak. Tomorrow a crew is coming to tear out all about 1,000 square feet of carpet and padding in anticipation of installing new flooring. That is the last project within the large project of restoring the house following damages from the water leak.
