Five Spotted Butterfly

Me and Kara took the kids and Albus for a walk around Calderwood- couple of geocaches and some wild strawberry hunting. We did look up the proper name for these thistle loving butterflies but have forgotten already.
In the evening the wee ones had their birthday treat from Karenny- a trip to EICA for Clip and Climb- they loved it and did so well. On the way home they were wondering what the big ones had been doing, but both agreed they would rather be the wee ones.
