Study day today - managing aggression and violence in the workplace. The health service has seen many changes over the decades and nurses and midwives have to deal with angry, nasty , frustrated intolerant patients and visitors on a scale not seen before - and that's without adding drink and drug use.
So I learnt today how to manage situations, keep safe and how to get out of being grabbed , pulled or throttled ..... go on just try me and see my new moves!!
Light was lovely as I left the stables - best part of the day .
