Have you ever had days when you needed someone to tell you what to do and be able to act upon it? Well I've had one of those days.
Went to the club did my usual 50 minutes , needed to shop on the way home, a little " blip ", excuse the pun, delayed that, but that's another story. I passed a pony and colourful trap as I drove, then their was a traffic hold up and further on there was three more colourful traps and several ponies, so I'm not sure if it was an event ?
I came home and collected my medication from Sainsbury's / Lloyd's chemist . Then watch the exciting tennis match , super Jo Konta won , very hard fought match.

Thankful ...... for friends to give a friendly ear.
