Little bit of brightness!

Dreich: as heard largely in Scotland, I believe, to describe a dreary and bleak day. It seems the perfect word to describe today!!

All of the work in my class this week is based around Mark Beaumont's attempt to cycle around the world in 80 days. We've made a profile of Mark, solved some maths problems involving aspects of his adventure and pinpointed some key countries he will pass through followed by researching these countries.

All the while we have been following Mark Beaumont's journey on the live tracker. The excitement when he crossed a bridge over a Russian river was unbelievable! They're loving it far more than I'd ever considered!
