Oot 'n' aboot
The sun rose slowly, as if it wasn't sure it was worth the effort.
Late in the day we head to Montemarcello. Somehow we fail to arrive at the same place, so the Bannermans wander around the lower town while we start at the top. The place is insanely picturesque - narrow cobbled streets, flower baskets, piazzas and churches. Brown walls jostles pink walls. The sun rages pendulously.
Then it's time to find a chemist to patch up Ferdi's skateboarding injury. Next door, there's a bakery (for biscuits) and a greengrocers (for peaches, tomatoes and beans). Yum, yum.
