Bankers did themselves proud!

This bank was built in 1854 for the West of England and South Wales Bank - it went bust in 1878!  It is Grade 11 Listed and is at the top end of Corn Street opposite the Corn Exchange.  There is a wonderful façade which I will blip another day when it isn't raining.  Recently it was used by Lloyds Bank until they re-invented themselves and it is now a hotel. This room was being prepared for use after a wedding, conveniently  next door, in the Registry Office.
