The Bends

It was a funny day today... we had stayed overnight in Glasgow and while Mrs C left us at 6.30am to get through for work, I worked in the hotel until lunch time (Premier Inn 12pm checkout time not to be sniffed at!) and Ms H and I dashed back on another train and were home by 1.30pm.

As Ms H had already booked some pals time in the evening back in town, we dragged ourselves in too and I spent 20 minutes or so searching for Curves.
