Sunset

This was the sky as James and I wandered to the shop.

Busy day, mentally and physically. Work was as varied as usual and I have shared some genuinely heartwarming moments with some wonderful students who are going out of their way to support a younger student. A couple of irksome moments too, but apparently I haven't lost my influence, which is reassuring.

Home relatively early (just before 6) then out again to go to my first Pilates class. It was really challenging but strangely enjoyable too. I suspect I am going to hurt tomorrow.

Feeling like I am surfing a positive wave at the moment. I intend to stay on the board for as long as possible.

This is the real me trying to get back to normal, whatever normal is.
