Beinn Liath Mhor

Spoilt for choice today. No one pic stood out so I've blipped the mountain and put views in extras.
The forecast was good so it was a hillwalking day, which involved a bit of driving to get to Achnashellach. It was very still and one loch we passed had reflections of the hillside that were more perfect than the actual hillside!
THe original plan was 2 Munros giving a round of Coire Lair but the going proved slower than anticipated, due to a fair amount of walking on shattered quartzite and several rather awkward downhill bits, so when the start of the climb to the second was reached we decided one was enough (we hadn't had a long hill day for a bit). It was a good decision as it started raining just before we finished and doing the extra would have meant at least another 30mins walking, and we did over 10 miles as it was.
The hill has a long ridge with 2 summits before the final one and the main pic is Mr Rat descending from the 1st (rough and awkward) with the second one ahead. It wasn't do rough after that but not easy in places.
The extras show and interesting watershed, the view down Loch Torridon and the Torridon Munros.
