Upside down fly

I hoped for a quick and easy blip today and found it when I spotted this fly on the underside of a  rail on my balcony.

Yesterday's lunch at a restaurant with my brother a day early is the only form of celebrating (if you can call it that) that I've done for my birthday.

This year is not only my third birthday without mum, but  also the first one without my rabbit Rosie. Her urn and ashes are still not yet home with me again and at this moment, no one even knows where they are. My only hope of getting her back is now pinned on the case file that has been opened with the post office's customer service by the crematorium.
