Asha's summer school has the theme of 'travel' this year...each monday they sit on an imaginary plane and fly somewhere with their passports, and wherever they land, the week's activities are all based around that country's culture, language, history etc... This week they've flown to Ethiopia!! How cool is that?! Tonight Asha & I got out my beautiful hardback book on African ceremonies, looking at different people groups and how they celebrate various life events - she was fascinated! 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) News that my sister is almost 13 weeks pregnant! Although we've known for a while, today was the scan confirming all is well with the new little one! A sibling for Sammy & Lucie!
2) D-Nens opening Asha's eyes to different cultures and ways of life. What a gift to give a kid!!
3) Picnic in the park before Danny went off prison visiting.
