Breakfast Time

Well.  It is the start of a new week and I haven’t begun to count calories yet.
Maybe after this big breakfast, I’ll let the day slip quietly by and think about calories, not to mention carbohydrates, tomorrow.
After all, the calorie counter  will be ready for action again tomorrow, and I am sure, well almost, that the impact is not going to show on my waistline that quickly.

So for today, it’s the works for breakfast; perhaps I’ll skip lunch and be content with an espresso, and then have something light this evening.  Or maybe not!
