or Nishinomiya Highway Patrol. I'm glad I went out for a ten kilometers run this afternoon, despite the 31 degrees heat, because I was able to blip this motorcycle policeman. Police motorcyclists always look so cool, don't they? I have to say, though, the Japanese police motorcyclists look even cooler in the winter when they wear their black leather uniforms.
