At the wheel

On the way home from the gym I stopped off at Kingholm Quay to look for something to photograph.  The sailing ship La Malouine is currently berthed there and the owner and this man were painting the boat while they have a two week break from touring round various ports in the UK.  They take part in events for sailing ship enthusiasts all over the country.  I plucked up the courage to ask for a photograph, briefly explained about blip, and he chose to sit at the ship's wheel for the picture.  I was about half way home when I realized that I had forgotten to ask him his name.
