Inverness British Legion Pipe Band

What a day we had for the Gala.  Three years running it has been bucketing with rain and windy.  It was a real shame as the committee have worked very hard to make it a success. They had loads of things organized but because of the weather they could not do them. I was wet and cold so left early and came home and lit the fire and put the central heating on and lay with a hot water bottle under a quilt. My hip is still sore and I went about with a walking stick all day.
