Pond

A difficult start and end to the day, but a lot of good stuff sandwiched in between. 

An unsettled OSS in the morning, and an unsettled Bug in the evening. Morning walk in the Pentlands. OSS endured a bumpy ride on the gravel path, while the Bug tested out his balance bike skills, collected pine cones, stared at pond skaters and dragonflies, and ran in and out of a willow arch. Stressful supermarket experience at lunchtime - screaming OSS and the Bug sprawled across the aisle. A well behaved Bug at his haircut, according to N. Then a sunny family BBQ, with lots of delicious food, excellent company, and a very contented group of cousins being highly entertaining.
