Walking in the borders

Such a fab day..... summer has arrived today!

We walked from Harestanes to Kalemouth, partly along the River Teviot.....sometimes on the St. Cuthbert's Way and sometimes on the Borders Abbeys Way....... my photo shows crossing the very big suspension bridge, which really bounced I can tell you..... next walking along the riverside, and lastly, had to include our ice creams at Melrose, where we went to have a social hour after the walk.

A fab day out, company, weather, walk, everything just great!
