View from the door

Left home this morning in sun and arrived in rain but it stopped for a couple of hours and allowed us to get to our holiday home and have a short run to stretch the legs.
We are on Dry Island (Badachro, Wester Ross), so called because it's tidal and staying in what used to be a curing station for the fishing. To get here the owner collected our bags in his dinghy (and gave me a ride, too), whilst Mr Rat drove the car from the pier to the parking area and came across the floating bridge - see extra.
Hoping the weather does as forecasted in the next few days, but there's plenty to do, anyway.
