Bayfield Bird Walk
I think I've blipped this view before, but couldn't resits blipping it again. It's the view at the start of the Bayfield Bird Walk, my favourite walk to date in North Norfork. It has fields, a boat builder, rolling countryside, woods, a pig farm, a country estate (with an antiques shop), a river, two lovely cafes, a ford, a church, lots of birds and butterflies, the Shell Museum, an occasional hare, an optics shop and an art gallery - who could ask for more in a 3.5 mile walk! I thought it might be nice for JohnRH and W to see what the local countryside has to offer other than in the tourist areas. Unfortunately G couldn't make it due to a migraine, but M still joined us. You can see the four of us in a shadow selfie at the footbridge over the ford near the end of the walk as an extra. A lovely walk on a lovely summer day.
