Hidden veg!

Went into work this morning for a few hours to tidy up from the year and get my head round the horrible morning of yesterday by chatting about it to other members of staff - it really is good to talk things over with like-minded colleagues.

Attempted to make sausage rolls with extra veggies in them today... first time I've ever tried this sort of thing so I was pretty pleased with the result. They went down well with L, so I'm pleased with that too!

This afternoon our mains water pressure suddenly dropped and stayed very low for a few hours. There is a massive burst water main not too far from here which has caused major disruption and flooding to many houses. I did worry it was going to be switched off so I (slowly) collected a few saucepans and buckets worth - just in case. I think we were lucky to get away with just a bit less water for a while.
