Playing adult football thinking I'm Ronaldo and 'pop' there goes my dodgy back....again!

MrsT will be cross!

I even managed a 6km run this morning beforehand with no issues.

This was L playing in the pool. Another lovely day here in Spain.

Aah now the painkillers are kicking in :-)
