Birthday list.

Rather than put everyone off their tea with a picture of my horsefly bite (3 days old and still causing pain and swelling ) I've decided to blip Noo's 'berfd.dai' list. He's a good 8 months early, but at least we'll be prepared ;-/

I almost expired today! I don't know what the temperature was, but I do know that I guzzled about 2 litres of fluid and was still parched. I had to cool off in a cold bath once I'd got the boys home from school.

The boys, of course, took advantage of the pool.
