Russell the Postman

Russell lives a couple of hundred yards away from us and has been delivering our post  for longer than I can remember, always going at race walking speed. I managed to stop him for a couple of seconds, then he was off again.
I don't know if its common with all long serving postmen but he seems to know the names of everyone on his route.
