AEROPLANE

He's one of the finest aeroplane spotters around, I'm not sure how I'm going to break it to him that Daddy is too scared to go on an aeroplane. I could soften the blow by mentioning how Gene Clark also had a fear of flying.

A regular Saturday - walk with Arlo in the morning (the new tactic of not forcing him into his buggy until he's so tired he needs it is working a treat), followed by swimming, followed by losing at rugby. I'm getting too old for rugby my body aches badly, doesn't help that my opposite number had at least 4 inches and 4 stone on me.
