Abstract Landscape

While most of my  experiments in abstraction veer towards the surreal, my attempt today has been to create a real looking image that blends together all the wild flowers I saw in my walk around the Belhaven Dunes this morning. It ends up looking like a spring meadow full of wild flowers whereas in reality there are just a few of odd patches of wild flowers dotted about the dunes. I have a tendency to go for fully saturated colours in my images which I have tried to hold in check to create a semi-abstract landscape. Its a bit of a faff rescaling and blending in the shots I took but it does make for a livelier landscape.
