Romanesco Broccoli

This attracted my attention at the local Garden Show. It is like a light green cauliflower with the number of spiral cones on its head being a Fibonacci number. Each cone is composed of a series of smaller buds all arranged in a similar number of spirals and so this continues getting smaller and smaller.

(This evening it tasted delicious with a cheese sauce)
