Norfolk Lavender

G and I set off early this morning to visit Norfolk Lavender. We aimed to get there and back by midday in time for tennis for me and to avoid the rain (which was later than forecast and has only just started at 4:45pm). We were a bit later visiting than last year and the harvesting had started and the distillery was in full swing, so the smell was amazing. I like to try to capture the bees, but they're so quick! See extra for a shot of the lavender rows. Of course we had a cup of tea and shared a slice of lavender sponge cake, and we visited the shop and made some purchases too!!! A lovely relaxing morning - must be all that lavender!!!
